One year after the inauguration of the first black president, MSNBC will present “Obama’s America: 2010 and Beyond.” The two-hour special that will premiere at 10PM EST Monday, January 18 will explore race and race relations in the U.S. Chris Matthews (”Hardball”) and Tom Joyner (syndicated radio host) will lead the discussion live from Texas Southern University in Houston.
